Scouting Report: 5-foot-4, 125-pound, right-handed hitting middle infielder. Projects out to play more second base, can go behind the plate as well. The glove is soft, works from the ground up, average arm across the diamond. Competes at the plate, right on the plate, making it difficult for the pitcher. Loose hands with a small pick up, short compact swing, line drives to all fields. Solid at bats, with multiple balls squared up.

Benji Brown: SS/C, (2027) The Morgan School, CT. 5-foot-1, 104-pound lean athletic build. Above average in the box, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 79 mph. Began in a balanced athletic stance with a rhythmic load, then used a long toe tap stride. Bat speed is quick, shows a loose upward swing plane and high finish. Was able to create tons of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap line drive approach. Above average while in the infield, made throws up to 70 mph; had in control footwork, a clean exchange, and next level hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. While catching, showed a twitchy transfer, soft hands, and quick feet. Behind the plate, recorded a pop time of 2.15-2.17. Showed a high ¾ slot and a short compact arm action with consistent accuracy to the base. Clocked a 60 time of 8.11 at the event.

Bat speed is quick, has a short simple swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap line drive approach. Projectable in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 70 mph; had soft hands, a twitchy clean exchange, and athletic quick footwork. Fielded the ball out front with developing movement laterally. Had a short arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.97.

Started in an athletic wide stance with a rhythmic load, then used a toe tap stride. Has developing bat speed, short upward swing plane and high finish. Created loud contact and found some barrels. Gap to gap approach. Above average in the infield, his best throw was registered at 64 mph; had smooth footwork, soft hands, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. While catching, his best recorded throw to second was clocked at 59 mph; has a twitchy transfer, athletic feet, and sure hands. he produced a pop time of 2.51-2.68. Staggered setup with some flexibility. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot and a short quick arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 8.89.
