5-foot-10, 165-pound, thick, strong athletic frame. Showing natural and raw strength to his game. A right-handed hitting corner infielder, who worked off the mound as well. At the plate, wider spread out stance, hands are quiet set at the shoulders, bat head starts in a tilted position. The lower half is under control, small pick up and put down, could get more backside drive. The swing is down to level to up, creates a good amount of natural lift, backspin, shows equal amount of power to both fields. Could flatten a tick, easy fix with reps and as he continues to refine the swing. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 78 mph, moves ok for a bigger kid, ran a 7.50 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, threw 67 mph across the diamond, arm is shorter, working from a 3/4 slot. The hands are out front on the catch, continued softening, feet are clean, gains ground, feet and hands work together. Moves well to glove side, quick first step. Off the mound, simple repeatable delivery, strong on the back half working in a straight line. The fastball was clocked at 62 mph, located to both sides of the plate. Threw a small curve ball at 51 mph, will need to add more fastball hand speed. Still young and learning his craft, loads of potential, projects for me to play a corner position.

5-foot-10, 165-pound, stronger, thick athlete frame. A well proportioned athlete, put together well for a younger kid, should be physical at some point. A right-handed hitting two-way player, who plays the corners. At the plate, has natural lift to the swing. The stance is balanced throughout, wider even feet, hands are loose and relaxed at shoulder height, has some pre-pitch movement to them. The swing is level to up, creates a ton of backspin, pounding it to the pull side. The tee exit velocity was 76 mph, with a ton more in there. Showed hard contact in batting practice, chance to hit at the some point. Defensively, threw 64 mph from the outfield, arm working out of a high 3/4 slot. Clean footwork during transfer. Threw 63 mph from 3rd base, arm worked from a lower slot, tick below 3/4. The hands are soft, needs to clean up prep steps, with footwork, easy fix with reps. Off the mound, simple delivery, easy lift, direction is inline. The fastball touched 61 mph, bigger break to curve ball clocked at 51 mph. Showed feel for the change up at 63-54 mph. Threw a bit before he reached the mound, fastball is tick better than the readings. Regimented throwing program will aid in arm velocity increase, look for him to hit, projects for me to play one of the infield corner spots.
