Austin Bohlman: 1B/OF, (2022) Farmington, CT. 6-foot, 180-pound physical frame. Above average during batting practice, Bohlman recorded an exit velocity of 96 mph. (71.52 mph bat speed average). (20.85 mph hand speed average). Began in a wide stance with a controlled load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed is above average, has an uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through his round he found multiple barrels with loud contact. Pull side approach. Athletic in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 80 mph; had soft hands, a clean exchange, and consistent footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. From a high ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a loose arm action. Clocked a time of 7.0 in the 60-yard dash. (Max spin ; Avg ).

Defense: (IF) Soft hands, consistent footwork, clean exchange. Athletic. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front.
Arm: 80 mph infield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.
Speed: 7.00 (60-yard).
6-foot, 180-pound athletic mature frame. Above average at the plate, the left-handed hitter was ranked 1st with an exit velocity of 96 mph.Began in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a toe tap. Bat speed is electric, uses a short upward swing plane and high finish. He found lots of barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 86 mph. Advanced In the outfield, had a twitchy exchange, athletic quick footwork, and soft hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball one hand. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a loose arm action and a ¾ slot. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.77. One of the better players at this event, can beat you multiple ways, need to see him.
