5-foot-8, 128-pounds, thin, wiry strong athletic frame, has plenty of room to fill out, foot speed is his top tool. A right-handed hitter, the hands are loose and have whip to them through the hitting zone. The stance is balanced, feet are even, wider than shoulder width apart, with more weight slightly on the back side. For timing uses a higher leg kick, gains ground with the stride, hands stay back, swing path is level across his chest and finishes above the shoulder with one hand. The barrel has life, whip to it, approach is more to the pull side, batting practice was solid, peppering one line drive after another. Once he physically matures, gains strength the offensive side to his game will take off. Defensively, showed quick feet, transfer is quick, needs to smooth it out, getting the feet and hands to work together. The arm has whip and quickness, ball comes out of a ¾ slot, arm was clocked at 65 mph, with much more in the tank, needs to stay behind the ball loses some power with weight leaking forward. The ability to handle the bat, with above average legs, is an interesting kid, a move to the outfield might be the way to go, will be able to use the legs better.
Thirty-Yard Dash: 3.90
Exit Velocity: 76 mph

5-foot-8, 120-pound, thin athletic frame. The frame has plenty of room to fill out, the neck is long, has some fast twitch actions to him. A right-handed hitting infielder, showed well with his bat and legs. The stance is basic, slightly wider than shoulder width and the feet are inline with each other. The hands are loose and set above the back shoulder, bat starts in a good angle, with some movement to the hands. The lower half is under control, has a small leg kick for timing and gains ground with it. The swing is level throughout with a one handed finish and has whip out front. The tee exit velocity was 74 mph with a ton more in there. The approach was middle to pull, peppering one line drive after another over the shortstop. Times down the line were 4.59, with more in the tank, has an easy kick. Defensively, worked out in the infield, shows soft hands, feet work well and continue to move towards target. The arm works out of a high ¾ slot, clocked at 66 mph, and was clocked at 68 mph from the outfield. The double play feeds need to quicken up slightly, shows to have rhythm with it. I like the bat and athletic ability, strength is a must.
