8-9-17
5-foot-10, 165-pound, average athletic frame. The back is wide, has room to fill out, is well proportioned athlete. A two way player, showed extremely well at this event, continues to impress. Off the mound this left-handed pitcher, has simple delivery. The hands start low, work up with his controlled leg raise, has some slight coil to it along with upper body. The separation is on time, lead leg is inline, gets squared up on release, has extension on the follow through. The arm works out of a high ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 77-81 mph, has a ton more in there, this was after playing 14 innings at first base. Showed the ability to locate to both sides with it. The breaking ball was clocked at 67-68 mph, thrown for strikes, break isn't overly big, but has depth to it and can place it to both sides. Showed to have serious feel for the changeup, clocked at 72-73 mph. Offensively, hits from the left side, feet are wider than shoulder width, hands are even at shoulder height. The swing is level to up, keeps the barrel in the zone a long time, looks to drive it to all fields. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 81 mph. In game performance was good at the plate, made hard contact multiple times. Defensively, works around the bag at first with soft hands and good feet. The arm was clocked at 80 mph across the diamond. Big time pitchability, has won a ton of games in high school, look for it to continue at the next level.

5-foot-10, 165-pound, average athletic frame, the shoulders are wide has plenty of room to fill out and add weight. A left-handed pitcher who has serious pitchability, has feel with all three pitchers, has some knowledge of what he is doing on the mound. The delivery is effortless, repeats it without much effort. The hands start and stay in the middle of the chest throughout the delivery. The leg raise is smooth, has coil to it at the peak, frontside glove is strong and direction is online, uses the entire body to pitch the baseball. The arm action is clean, has some length to it, comes out of a high 3/4 slot and works down hill. The fastball was clocked at 79-81 mph, down in the zone, late life to both fastballs. The breaking ball is nasty clocked at 68-72 mph, tilt and late break to it. The changeup comes out of the same slot, with action to arm side, throws it with conviction. Times to the plate were at 1.41-1.53 changed looks and hold times. The poise, confidence is extremely high, looks to be a big time winner. Serious follow one of the better arms in the state.
