(64.1 mph bat speed average). (19.5 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic balanced stance with a tight load, then used a short controlled stride. Bat speed was above average, had a short upward swing plane and high finish. He barreled up some balls with loud contact. Line drive gap to gap approach. Solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 67 mph; had a clean natural exchange, soft hands, and athletic smooth footwork. Laterally, movements were average and fielded the ball out front. Showed a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag.
