Positional Profile: C/3B Body: 6-1, 188-pounds. Long limbed, wider shoulders and tight muscular build. Hit: RHH. Tall, slight bend of knees, hands at back shoulder relaxed. Front side comes tight with slight hand back load; backside drive having back hip kickout to create direction. Hands short to ball and across body on finish. Quick hands and able to turn barrel to have upward finish through the zone. Balls carried to both gaps with easy actions. Projectable swing. Power: 87 max exit velocity. Arm: RH. C - 69 mph. Loose arm, efficient usage and high release; times where ball would run based on front shoulder actions. Projectable. Defense: 2.22-2.23 pop times. Fluid hips on pops with rhythmic footwork; when front hip stayed on base, better throws and direction. Fluid exchanges allowed for good transition. Received from multiple stances and very easy glove actions early; stuck multiple pitches. Run: 7.76 runner in the 60.

NorCal Top Prospect Games:
8.68 60yd, 2.34-2.50 Pop, 64 C MPH, 76 EV
Young, medium full frame that has space to shape the frame well over the coming years (8.68 60yd). Opened stance, slightly crouched keeping hands very high with waggle; pulls knob down as he’s soft with the front foot stride starting the hips when front heel hits ground. Direct hands showing angled barrel through the zone; strength will help to firm up barrel path and allow for better contact points. Flashed ability to work both sides of the field with line drives; should show more extra-base power as that strength comes (76 EV). Footwork behind the dish was inconsistent, but when he worked towards 2nd showed more quickness and better firmness in throws to 2nd; the framework is there to keep making leaps in his catch/throw skills (2.34-2.50 Pop, 64 C MPH). During the game the defense was better with fair receiving skills showing present blocking skills and a willingness to work behind the dish; impressed with a block/recover to catch a runner at 3rd base.
