Uncommitted as of these two viewings on back to back days; had a pair of knocks, a bloop double to left field and a solid single through the right side. He also dropped down a bunt but wasn't able to beat it out. Asby hits in the lead-off spot for Jesuit and seeing him in back to back games it's apparent he has something to offer with the bat but in both games was pull conscious and didn't show enough barrel control
3/12/19 - at De La Salle - Uncommitted; physical looking player with stout proportions, had the one knock off '20 LHP Kyle Harrison, a ground ball up the middle that he beat out, he is a strong left-handed hitter with some life in the barrel. He was a bit around the ball in subsequent at-bats and pulled the ball up the 1st base line a couple of times but there is good hand-eye coordination and he's got bat speed. Fair runner
