1/5/2019 - SoCal Preseason All State - 5-foot-11, 170-pounds. Has a medium frame that is strong and athletic. He started the day by running a 7.03 60-yard dash. At the plate operates from an open stance deep in the box, hands are by the back shoulder active and very loose. Slight leg kick with a good bat path, simple load, nice smooth compact left-handed swing, turns on pitches nicely, present line drive hitter with some power projection. From the outfield had a velo of 81 mph. He has a longer over-the-top arm slot, makes accurate throws with a strong arm. He shows average hands, quick and fluid footwork, clean exchanges, and he plays through the ball getting his body behind his throws.
8/1/18 - Kutcher is a strong, muscular, 5-foot-11, 170-pound outfielder that projects a high ceiling due in large part to his athleticism, instincts, and speed. After running a 6.94 60 yard dash, Kutcher showed off his hitting ability where his fast hands and rhythmic swing resulted in loud contact to all fields. His load gets him into the baseball easily while his strength and fast hands do the rest. Shows a middle approach with projectable power. In the outfield he approaches ball well and plays through them with excellent body control. His footwork and understanding of angles allows him to take good routes to the ball. Shows clean exchanges and has a fast release resulting in accurate throws with carry.
