Uncommitted. Santos showed well during this game where he flashed the glovework and arm strength that will allow him to stay at third base in the future. He shows range to the left side along with a backhand that is true and consistent. Present arm strength is a tick above average with accuracy across the diamond. Attacks balls in front with excellent footwork and body control. At the plate he starts balanced before shifting weight back and using a slight toe tap trigger with a short stride. Has present bat speed and feel for the barrel that allows him to stay on plane through the zone for a long time. Shows the ability to hit balls to both gaps with some present pull-side pop.

Uncommitted. Five-foot-11, 170, large frame that has strength from the shoulders down to through the legs. Santos is a very good defender that shows range to both sides with excellent footwork around the bag and is seemingly always in proper position when fielding throws from outfielders with runners approaching third base. He shows a very good understanding of the strike zone and has some sneaky present power that should continue to develop with physical maturity.
