NCTB Fall Classic - Smaller compact frame with some length in arms and tight waist; more physical than he looks with strength in legs and upper half and muscles that are very young. Compact swing from balanced stance with hands at the back shoulders; limited strength but flashed ability to drive liners into gaps and showed developing bat speed (85 exit). Really quick feet with short choppy steps and ability to use speed in game down the line (6.97 60yd); will need to learn to shift gears up/down to be more under control in the field. Showed strong range at SS with ability to cover ground in INF and range into OF to make plays. Average arm that showed life across the diamond on a line with MIF actions. Jumped on mound and showed stretch only look with hands staying at the waist; small lift with front knee before getting to 3/4 release from compact action. Small leg drive with limited extension and inconsistent release point led to poor command in outing. FB 75-76 attacking arm side against hitters on both sides of the plate. SLD 67-69 with limited break; showed more as spinner. Speed is best tool currently and helps improve defense and ability to impact offensive side of ball; good baseball actions.
