Positional Profile: SS Body: 6-1, 155-pounds. Long and lean, lithe build, streamlined. Hit: LHH. Wide feet, takes up space in the box, nearly even feet with weight a bit on backside, relaxed elbows, small heel lift to minimal stride, easy quiet load. Smooth swing, gets to leverage against front side, can work inside and spray to all fields, flashes significant power potential to the pull side, hit-ability is high. Power: 88 max exit velocity, 65.1 max bat speed, 20.1 max hand speed. Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Compact arm action, quick release, strong arm that projects to be well above average in the coming year(s), true left side INF arm. Defense: Wide feet at set-up, sound footwork mechanics, feet are ready to get throws underway quickly, can play on the move, rangy body with long stride range and also athleticism, showed confidence in the glove. Run: 7.59 runner in the 60.

Positional Profile: SS Body: 6-1, 155-pounds. Long athletic body type, high waisted, lean build. Defense: Clean set up to ball, creates angles for accurate throws, steps inside with right foot on balls at him and to his left, smooth actions, soft hands, secures ball well while keeping hands off the body. Arm: RH. INF - 81 mph. Compact arm action, ball exits hand well, quick arm with projectable future raw arm strength for left side. Hit: LHH. Balanced, deep in box, hitter-ish presence, hands and barrel in position to stretch to small load, small controlled stride, swing happens easily. Quick smooth hands, sees ball well, swing adjustable to multiple locations, short to contact with barrel staying behind the ball, projects to develop some power down the road with chance to also hit for average. Power: 87 mph exit velocity via TrackMan in live BP. Run: 7.54 runner in the 60.

CBA Sacramento tryout - Fairly well-put-together 7th grader at 5-foot-6 125-pounds, interesting in all that he did, actions and body control were present in each part of workout, good balance at plate, hands work well, there is some life in that swing, a bit pull oriented but the swing can work to all fields, defensively showed good timing and rhythm to balls, got ride of it well, aggressive arm and smooth hands, played with good pace. On mound short arm action after abbreviated lift, high-3/4 slot, lacks finish and has some recoil, fastball runs a lot and at times good sink when getting to better extension, late action on 11/5 curveball that was a bit slider-like, feel of changeup that he kept down, three quality pitches given his age and the delivery can still polish up quite a bit.
