at Deer Valley HS - Uncommitted; Thick powerful build, physical lower half, long look in this viewing with five plate appearances (F7, HBP, 2B, IF 1B, 3U) and strong handful of plays to make in the OF; quiet pre-pitch mechanics in the box, small almost no stride w/slight heel lift, small quiet hand load, short stroke while working inside the ball and able to generate some juice from his physical strength, displayed some barrel awareness, had some swings and misses but didn't chase, got off balance a few times, has enough speed to rush an infielder as he went down line hard on what should have been a routine 6-3; defensively showed to be more of a reactionary outfielder vs being instinctual/anticipatory, closed on ball in front of him better than going back to his right, arm plays as fair though accurate.
