vs SCHP - Uncommitted as of this report; was another Knight who had a great day in a otherwise poor day. He went 2-3 with a 2B and HR driving in 2 and scoring 2 runs. He’s a medium frame with some width in the shoulders and a little bit of thickness in his lower half, but has good athleticism and moved well out of the box and on defense. At the plate, he’s got a simple set up staying tall with a slightly opened stance and keeping a high back elbow. The bat flashed quickness into the zone with extension through it creating lift and driving the ball for both his hits. The 2B (5.03T) was ripped down the LF line and he got all of the HR driving it over the LF fence. At SS, he can stay in the infield with a quick, strong arm that could fit at multiple infield spots for the next level. During pre-game he showed a soft glove making all the plays while working in time through the ball and throws on a line to their bases. He flashed good instincts with some cross bag range going to get a pop-up. Nam could help a club at the next level and will be an interesting name to follow for the Knights.
