8/1/18 - Five-foot-10, 175-pounds, athletic, proportionally distributed strength throughout the body. Bailey registered a 90 mph exit velocity off the tee and that power carried over to his BP session where he pounded balls to the gaps as the ball jumped off his barrel. Bailey has quick hands through the zone and is explosive at contact. He is strong and powerful and does an excellent job of keeping his hands inside the ball and flashes present bat speed. He keeps his barrel on plane through the hitting zone and gets extension after contact. Defensively Bailey has enough arm to play 3B but really projects as a power hitting 2B on the next level. His actions are smooth and his footwork fluid. Shows the ability to make throws from multiple angles with clean exchanges. Bailey clocked a 7.22 60 and registered a 79 mph infield velocity.
