8/22/19: Flashed average raw power but the barrel was not consistently on-plane and much of his contact this summer lacked force. The limited damage potential impacts the profile at third base and he may need to sell evaluators on his ability to handle multiple infield positions if the bat come out light. He looks like a potential future senior sign, but has produced enough in his first two seasons at Nevada to leave the door open for a loud spring and improvement on that projection. (Faleris)
10/12/18: Compact, 5-foot-11, 170, Zamora has a durable build with present strength. His overall body composition has taken on different look from last season with a slimmed waist line, streamlined core and overall fit appearance. Zamora’s efforts to change his body are apparent. His actions were solid at second base including both the initiation and receipt of double play feeds. The quickness in exchange on double plays leaves room for improvement, but the skills are evident. At the plate, he is aggressive and looks to pull, singling to left field and doubling in the left-centerfield gap. He possess a good combination of strength and bat speed. He was 4.29 home to first and ran well underway on the double. (Goldsmith)
