Physical: 5-10, 160-pounds; Lean, athletic build. 7.55 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Slightly open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a compact swing path with two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 83 MPH via Trackman. Simple set up and trigger allowing for a repeatable swing. Short connected stroke with hands working tight to body throughout the swing. Wore out the middle of the field throughout his round.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; walks into ready position while showing active feet. Hands are out in front while standing up during transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 75 MPH. 4/5 accurate 1/2 hop throws showing average arm strength for his level.
