Positional Profile: RHP Body: 5-11, 195-pounds. Wide shoulders, put together well, has present strength. Delivery: High knee lift with tuck/turn over the rubber, compact actions, in-line stride, balanced at foot strike, finishes with balance, owns his mechanics. Arm Action: RH. Lower 3/4 slot, smooth longer arm action on backside, easy arm, feels like he's capable of more arm speed. FB: T81, 80-81 mph. Horizontal movement grades out above average and flashes plus, pounds zone, lower release height allows use of FB up in zone, metrics of FB present it as more effective than raw velocity might suggest. CB: 75-78 mph. Tight breaking ball with quick change of direction, smaller break, velocity and shape/action present more like a slider, showed all the attributes of a highly effective breaking ball and feel of the pitch. CH: 71-73 mph. Works down in zone well, lower slot than FB with similar arm side movement pattern, showed feel for the pitch, usable within his three-pitch mix.

Big arm-side movement (both avg and max), can work up and in and off plate, release height could create chases up in zone. CB: 72-73 mph. Big tight snapper, depth and lateral action, flashed as a buckling type CB and also one that will get many chases. SL: 72-74 mph. Tight SL, quick change of direction, flashed darting break, depth of the pitch is a plus. CH: 76-77 mph. Release similar to CB/SL, big arm side movement pattern, works down well, capable of getting swing-overs, showed feel for zone.
