Positional Profile: SS Body: 6-foot-0, 175-pounds. Strong and chiseled, definitely a noticeable body type. Defense: Plays well with legs, sees ball, patient defender w/confidence in feet and glove, plays low to and through, range for the HS level but may be stretched beyond HS and necessitate a move to 2B or 3B. Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. High-3/4 slot, confident with arm, can drop down when moving to left, gets rid of well enough to helps arm play up a bit. Hit: RHH. Wide base, crouched, somewhat Pujols-ish, hands comfortably off the body at shoulder height over back knee, slight toe tap stride, some barring of lead arm in load. Strong young man, has no trouble creating bat speed and will hit with power, inconsistent timing due to some slight drift which is perhaps the reason for wide base and minimal stride, hips don't clear as well as they could, strong top hand finish can send the ball to deep parts of the park. Would stay on this young hitter. Power: 94 mph exit velocity in cage front toss session. Run: 7.29 runner in the 60.
