NorCal Uncommitted Games - Strong day with the bat for the stout and strong corner INF/OF. Not eye-popping hitting metrics in this showing but a solid 91.5 max EV, flashed bat speed up to 67.1 mph, and the 75% sweet spot % showed itself in game play. Went 2-for-2 w/a walk, a solidly struck line drive single to LF and then in 3rd at-bat pounded another line drive to RCF. The barrel feel sure looks to be real. Defensively profiles as a corner position player, arm was 81-82 as both 3B and OF, ran 7.40.

Positional Profile: 3B Physical: 5-11, 175-pounds; Average, proportional build. 7.59 runner in the 60. Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat moving to upright position. Loads straight back with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with one-handed finish. More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. 57.1 LD%, found barrel fairly routinely with consistent EV numbers in the round, calm in the box, simple lower body movements, swing tailored for a bit up and middle in. Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep hop while being aggressive. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Short take back from a high-3/4 arm slot. 3B - 73 MPH. Sound footwork, clean from glove to hand, throws stay on-line, solid all-around mechanics with arm strength that should tick up a bit more in the coming years.

Positional Profile: 3B/OF Body: 5-10, 160-pounds. Athletic, even throughout, plenty of room to fill out. Hit: RHH. Neutral start in the box, quiet head + load. Power: Topped 82 MPH Exit Velo via Trackman in BP. Power will come with lean mass. Arm: RH. INF - 74 mph. Semi short arm action that was 74 MPH across the diamond. Defense: Moved well laterally fielding balls to both sides, showed the ability to throw on the run. Run: 7.53 runner in the 60.
