7/19/18 @ NCTB Upperclass Tourney - Worked 80-81 mph with fastball and topped at 83 in first inning but didn't hold velocity into outing. Also mixes in a 69 mph loopy breaking ball and a 76 mph change-up that is thrown with good arm speed and got swings and misses. Stuff and arm action look good out of hand, wonder if he's getting worn down over the summer. Would go back and see him in the high school season.

6/1/18-6/3/18 @ BAWS 2018 - Middle infielder type build on lean 6-foot-0 165-pound frame that should fill out comfortably. High hand set when on the mound. Stands tall with a high front knee before getting down mound; times where he will fall off mound. Compact quick arm with a high back elbow out from glove before 3/4 release. Fastball 79-84 mph, 78-79 mph from stretch. Small arm side when going arm side, but generally straight with pitch; showed early life at plate, but pitched at lower velo in 2nd inning. Curveball 66-71 mph, short tight spin off glove side; very lateral break and pitch can back up when he went to arm side. Curveball usage was confident and that pitch has a chance. // Tall stance with high back elbow. Timing of swing was off in batting practice as he ended up early on the front foot; made adjustments in game and was able to square up ball regularly, driving one over centerfield head for easy double. Looked to drive ball to opposite field in game keeping barrel tight and compact in swing. Average arm in infield with flashes of more. Tends to field ball high in body yet showed quick release and average range. Average runner with more speed underway; 4.77 H-1st.
