2/12/19 - Fresno Pacific signee. Strong 6-foot-1, 205-pound body type, has put in some time on lower body, high energy pitcher was in a closing situation in this viewing, overhand slot, high knee lift with some Bronson Arroyo type of leg action, works quite quickly and puts pressure on hitters not only with his stuff (which is good) but that tempo. Fastball 86-88 mph and has some life through zone but it's the slider he features. Shows curveball in warm-ups for the 76-78 mph breaking ball but the shape is all slider, just a little slower and less abrupt  bite than the 79-82 mph wipeout pitch he uses for outs. Fastball was only used as a show pitch. Finishes the breaking ball well and didn't miss location with any of them. It's going to play as a plus pitch at the collegiate level and is a nightmare for high school hitters.
