San Diego Christian signee. 5-foot-7, 140-pounds, medium frame with wiry strength throughout the body. Strong hands/forearms.  Athletic player who will play second base at the next level. Presently is an undersized catcher who gets favorable reviews due to his competitive nature and his ability to handle pitchers. Behind the plate he takes control of the game and allows his athleticism to take over.  Has soft hands and average blocking skills. Arm is above average to second. Had two pop times with runners going to second (1.96 and 2.01). Threw out both runners. At the plate he has gap-to-gap power. Has a good idea of the strike zone with a short compact swing. Bat path through the zone is long.  Speed on the bases is his strength. Was clocked at a 4.28 from home to first on a ball hit to the left side. Runs the bases well with good turns around the bases.
