Yaremko continues to profile as an absolute gamer. He is a plus speed left-handed stick that can make an impact at the top or bottom of the order and on the base paths. His defensive capabilities put him in the starting CF spot for the bronze medal Canada Cup roster last summer, and there aren’t many who would have liked this season to show what they’re capable of and up their stock more than Yaremko. With plus speed and good reads/jumps in the outfield he projects as one of the top defensive outfielders in the province. Yaremko, is currently a spray and play type hitter in the box, at IP last February he topped out at 89.5 mph and averaged a 15° LA, which translates well for immediate success due to his speed. He is a strong kid and with age and maturity should develop into a pole to pole line drive type.

Jack Yaremko 2020 5-foot-8 160-pound outfielder that also pitches for the Coquitlam Reds organization. As an outfielder he stands out with good speed running a 6.95-second 60 getting to hard it balls in gaps with ease. Just starting to add some muscle to his frame expect him to improve on his 82 mph velo from the OF by seasons end. Yaremko also showed the ability to hit the ball from field to field with an easy compact swing. He had a good round of bp spraying line drives up the middle and the other way. Can pitch a bit as well showing 3 pitches in his mix with a FB 80-81 mph, a late breaking 12/6 CB 65-67 mph and showed a developing CH 70-74 mph. Expect to see Yaremko patrolling CF at the next level with leadoff hitter ability and speed to burn.
