10/14/18 - 5-foot-7, 160 pound frame. Is listed as a primary middle IF, but looks like he could have a role in college as a 3B. Stood out during BP, finding the barrel nearly every swing with his line drive plane. Shows advanced rhythm and approach as well. Posted impressive 92 mph exit velocity. As a defender, has deliberate actions and plays with a low center of gravity. Stockton posted an impressive 86 mph infield velocity. By far the best performance we’ve seen from him. There isn’t much physical projection remaining, but Stockton is a solid prospect who will be ready to help someone early in his career at the next level.
6/5/18 - 5-foot-8, 145-pound frame that is capable of producing surprising power. Offensively Stockton’s hands work back as he takes a small stride giving him some separation. Arm bar action before hands work down to the baseball. Tends to lean back into contact creating some lift. Very efficient rotate that produces bat speed; 85 mph exit velocity. Stockton really stood out on defense where he showed impressive quickness and easy actions. Attacked and played through the baseball well. Quick transfer and comfortable throwing from multiple slots and on the run; 80 mph infield velocity. Skills profile to middle infield, but feet may project best to 3B. Posted a 7.38 60-yard dash.
