6-foot-4, 235-pound mature frame. Clocked a 60 time of 7.91 at the event. Started in a quiet balanced stance with a compact load, then used a controlled stride to start his swing. Bat speed was explosive, showed upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Mann showed his power ability with an exit velocity of 92 mph. Fluid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 76 mph; has fluid feet and consistent hands. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a long arm action and an-over-the-top slot. Really swing the bat well in the game as he had a 2B and 3B in the game (both were driven over the CF's head).
6/12/19
can play both of the corner positions and showed nice glove presentation when building ground balls and the feet worked well after the catch. Really like the swing from the left-handed side. Slightly open with some tilt in the swing path and did a nice job of staying in the middle of the field. Love how the hands worked and the barrel stayed in the zone. Nice pop off the bat.
