6-foot, 160-pound lean frame. At the plate, Thallas had an exit velocity of 88 mph. Started in a balanced crouched stance with a quick load, then used a short stride. Level an inside-out swing plane. He Barreled up multiple balls during the round. Opposite field approach. In the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 71 mph; has rhythmic footwork, and a natural exchange. Decent accuracy to the bases, used a quick arm action with a ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.39 in the 60-yard dash.

Has shown some improvement since we last saw him. The arm strength has improved (72 mph) and the throws were very accurate to the plate. Moved well attacking balls off the bat and did a nice job keeping his momentum moving through his throws. At the plate he started with an open stance and was slightly crouched in his stance. He showed some tilt in his swing path and did a nice job creating backspin off the barrel. Really liked his round of BP as he showed a solid middle of the field approach. Exit velocity has also increased as he was 85 mph off the tee.
6/12/19
Even stance and slightly bent in the knees with the beginning of the swing. The front foot and the hands do a nice job of getting separated before attacking the hitting zone. The swing path is level and he does a nice job of getting his top hand through at contact. Very aggressive one plays in the outfield and was consistent with his throws to the plate. The arm strength will get stronger as he continues to mature physically
