Will McCluskey (2022, LHP/OF, Huntsville) 5’11 145 lbs.- An intriguing LHP that showed a FB with late ASR. The velo is only mid 70’s now but the arm works and has quick twitch action and velocity will come as he gets older. The change up was a plus pitch and showed late tumble and is a nice threat vs. RH hitters. His offensive approach from the left side is solid from a slightly open stance. He was upright throughout the swing and did a nice job of staying through the hitting zone. The hands and barrel stayed inside the ball creating a middle of the field approach. Solid action in the OF with nice arm strength. He tracked balls well and did a nice job of staying through the throw.
