6-foot-2, 185-pound solid frame. On the mound, had quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. He has in line shoulders with athletic balance point. Threw his fastball 82-84 mph with a max of 85 mph; shows running action with heavy movement. Has a 12/6 curveball (68-70) that shows command low in the zone and tight action. Had sinking action and arm side control on his changeup (76-77). Showed nice life on the fastball and kept the ball down in the zone. Pitched to both sides of the plate and seemed to always be ahead in the count. Really good '21 RHP.

Really clean arm and does a nice job of working downhill with some ASR. The delivery is solid and does a nice job repeating his mechanics. The breaking ball showed true 12/6 action and really nice down hill tilt. The FB was up to 79 mph (sat upper 70’s in both innings) while the well shaped breaking ball was mid 60’s and he mixed in a nice change at 69 mph that showed tumble into RH hitters.
Over the top arm slot with a fastball in the upper 70’s and really attacked the zone and was able to locate that pitch on both the inner and outer half. Did a good job of mixing in his breaking ball in the mid 60’s that did not allow hitters to sit on his fastball. Should continue to increase velocity in the coming years as he develops the ability to engage his bottom half in his drive to the plate.
