6-foot-1, 181-pound lengthy physical frame. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 (6.97). Started in a quiet stance with a smooth load, while using a small leg kick to create some juice off the barrel. Winebarger used a simple uphill swing plane and high finish while showing a gap to gap approach. Showed an exit velocity during BP of 98 mph, via Trackman. From the outfield, he made throws to the plate up to 86 mph while showing a long arm action with an-over-the-top slot. On the mound, he showed quick arm speed from an over-the-top arm angle. Shows easy effort in his delivery. Winebarger shows plenty of juice off the barrel and the ability to handle pitches in all parts of the zone. He did a nice job of getting the barrel to contact on both halves of the plate, showing some carry off the bat. Worked the lower half of the zone with all of his pitches and showed the ability to mix pitches in any count. Showed solid feel for the 11/5 breaking ball (70-71 mph) as the pitch showed late depth while the fastball (81-82 mph) really took off into RH hitters.

5-foot-11, 168-pound athletic frame. Recorded a 60 time of 7.52 at the event. Starts in an narrow, open stance with a compact load, then uses a controlled stride to initiate his swing. Has rotational swing plane, explosive bat speed and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Bartlett recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Above average in the infield, his best throw was registered at 79 mph; had consistent hands, fluid footwork and a clean exchange. Used a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Had a loud RBI single in gameplay. Has really progressed well over the last year.

Young infielder with a very solid approach to the game that did some nice things on the day. The actions are there and will only improve as he continues to get stronger and physically mature. The swing is very short as he forces his hands inside the ball which resulted in a middle of the field approach. Looks like a prototypical 2 hole type hitter. Slightly open stance with a level swing path through the zone. Very good feet on the IF and the glove has some nice actions. Impressive MIF with solid actions
