Positional Profile: 2B/OF Uncommitted senior that really jumped out at the event with the bat.
Body: 6-1, 170-pounds. Athletic, strong build that translates well in all areas.
Hit: RHH. Slightly open, athletic stance with a fairly large leg kick to generate power off the barrel. Short, compact approach with a level swing plan showcasing a simple, line drive approach.
Power: 95.81 max exit velocity, averaged 90.93 mph. 244’ max distance. Exhibited plenty of juice to the pullside gap.
Arm: RH. OF - 87 mph. Loose, high 3/4 slot with carry out of the hand.
Defense: Easy, athletic actions and does a nice job working through the ball with the feet.
Run: 6.90 runner in the 60.
5-foot-11, 145-pound. In the box, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 83 mph. Has an open stance. Had upward swing plane, quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. He created some loud contact and found multiple barrels. Up the middle approach. In the infield, his best throw was registered at 78 mph; showed athletic feet and consistent hands. Had consistent accuracy. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.04. On the mound, has a quick arm action. Showed easy effort in his delivery. Showed consistent balance point. a clean finish. Sat with his fastball at 77-78 mph and topped out at 79 mph; had running action and in the zone control. Had tight action and command low in the zone on his curveball (72-76).
