Hills attended the event as a PO and showed a FB that was mid 70’s, topping at 75 mph. The FB had some sink to it and the mechanics and are arm action were clean. The breaking ball was a slower breaking pitch in the low 60’s and he showed nice deception with a CH in the upper 60’s. Was able to command the lower half of the zone with all of his pitches.
