Diprose showed why he is one of the top 2027s in Alberta. The athletic 5-foot-11, 150-pound catcher stood out on both sides of the ball. Behind the dish, his quick release and accurate arm were impressive. The velocity will come with added strength and growth, but he already sits at a 2.06-2.12 POP time. At the dish, the barrel control in his left-handed bat was on full display. He worked on a line into the gaps with consistency, getting up to a max EV of 87 mph. Diprose will be a 2027 to follow for years to come and he continues to mature and develop.

The Cardinals Development Program product made a name for himself at the Edmonton Future Games Trials. With an athletic and projectable frame there is plenty to like in the 2027 C/RHP. He moved well behind the dish and got up to a 74 mph catcher velocity. The athleticism is also present at the dish with his left handed swing. The bat-to-ball is advanced for his age and he consistently worked back up the middle with one of the better rounds of the event, reaching a max exit velocity of 87.6 mph. Diprose will be one to follow as he continues to mature and add strength to his projectable frame.
