Listed at 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, Chappelle once again showed off his great speed running the second fastest 40-Yard Dash at the event with a 4.7 second run. At the plate he gets his foot down early and drives the ball well with quick hands. He is very athletic and showed that off during the outfield drills reaching a velocity of 79mph. As an infielder he made some tough plays look easy even diving across the infield to make a play. Will project better as an outfielder.

11/04/17 - At 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, Chappelle excelled at the showcase with his speed. He ran the fastest time of the day in the 60-yard dash, with a time of 6.90. In the outfield showed good mechanics, with an accurate arm. The ball comes out of his hand with good spin at 75 mph. At the plate has quick hands, works through the middle of the field with a good approach. All around athlete, will develop into one of the top outfielders in his class.
