Fink is one of the 2027 top arms in the country and was dominant across his two outings in Laval. 6-foot-1, 165-pounds right-hander with a quick-arm and especially tough on right-handed hitters. The fastball sat 81-84mph during his first outing, paired with a curveball at 73-74 and slider in the upper-70s. Across six innings, Fink didn’t surrender a run while allowing two hits, two walks and striking out 15. Showed feel for his entire arsenal and was able to generate whiffs on all three pitches. High-follow in Canada’s 2027 class and will be a fun watch throughout the remainder of his high school career.

Fink is one of the top 2027s on the West Coast. At the ATHX Scout Day he was a standout despite being one of the younger players. At 6-foot-1, it’s projectable, athletic, and twitchy on both sides of the ball. The arm is short and quick on the mound and he sits 80-82 mph with the fastball and possesses two high spin breaking balls. The slider is north of 2650 rpm at 73-75 mph while the curveball is 2550+ rpm at 72-74 mph. At the plate is balanced and under control, working both gaps with a line drive approach. He reached a max exit velocity of 91.2 mph. The former Junior Future Gamer continues to get better and impresses our staff everytime we see him.

Fink was one of the better arms to get a start at the JFG’s and he did not disappoint. At 6-foot, 152-pounds, Fink has a quick, shorter arm action with strike throwing ability already. He mixes in a FB/CB that are both high spin pitches and got weak contact throughout his outing. There's a ton of projection on the mound and has athleticism, it will be interesting to see where he ends up as Fink will be on the scene for multiple years to come.

Fink jumped out immediately to our staff with his size and projectability at 6-foot, 150-pounds and is still just 13-years-old. The ball jumps out of his hand and the fastball sits 77-79mph with feel for the strike zone. Showed the ability to command both his offspeed pitches, a curveball at 66-68mph (2286rpm avg.) and changeup at 75mph. The bat is behind his stuff on the mound at the moment but still showed well with a left-handed swing that produced a top exit velocity of 80mph. Plenty of growing to come for Fink but no doubt advanced for his age.
