Listed at 5-foot-7, 145 pounds, Best showed his abilities as both a pitcher and an infielder. He is more developed as a pitcher than a hitter though. On the mound he showed a 67-69 mph fastball but had consistent ability to work out front creating some tilt. At the plate Best would benefit from more intent in his swing and a more aggressive load.
