Listed at 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, Baydak, primarily a pitcher also showed off his skills as an infielder at this event. On the mound he showed low effort mechanics with a compact arm swing. His fastball ranged from 73-76 mph, however he should see a velocity increase with more intent and cleaner mechanics. At the plate he had a smooth swing that could benefit from a more active lower half, he still was able to hit 84 mph during his exit velocity session. He had good mechanics on the infield with good footwork and a quick arm.

10/29/17 - Listed at 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, Baydak recorded an exit velocity of 82 mph, while being able to stay in the gaps with a smooth swing with a potential to gain more power. On the infield, Baydak was aggressive on the ball, while making accurate throws at 69 mph. On the mound, Baydak showed a fastball from 74-77 mph, while his mechanics showed room to gain velocity.
