Oklahoma
7/26/16 -Highly projectable 6-foot-2, 175-pound right-handed hitting outfielder with a lanky, athletic frame. Offensively hits from a tall setup with a short stride and good balance. Line drive, gap to gap hitter with level swing path and extension through contact. Fast bat with fluid rhythm. Showed strength thru contact with 86 mph exit velocity from a tee. 4.44 runner down the line. Went 3-5 with an RBI in game. Defensively has a long, loose arm action from a high ¾ slot. Plays thru the ball with long, fluid strides. Threw 82 mph from the outfield.
Eli Campbell, RHP, South Milwaukee, 2018
Bradley
1/28/17 - 6-foot-5, 185-pound right-handed pitcher, long lanky frame, highly projectable. Delivery is athletic, wide rocker step to loose knee lift, works down the hill., uses slide step in stretch. Arm action is quick and loose, high ¾ slot, slight head and shoulder tilt at release, projects well. Fastball has some tilt, 85-87 mph. Curveball showed tight spin, 11/5 shape, 69-71 mph. Straight changeup is thrown near fastball arm speed, 76-78 mph, occasional sink. Campbell is a high follow 2018 prospect.
Jack Brust, RHP, Greendale, 2017
UW-Whitewater
1.22.17 - 6-foot-4, 180-pound, lanky right-handed pitcher. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a short arm circle in the back with extension out front. Tall and fall, slow paced delivery with a square landing and athletic finish. Repeats mechanics well. Fastball flashed running and sinking action at 80-81 mph for strikes. Slider has 11-5 shape with gradual action at 67-69 mph. Changeup was straight at 73-76 mph.
