Washington Uncommitted Spotlight - '27 1B/RHP Breckin Davisson
November 11, 2024
As the 2024 baseball season comes to a close, Prep Baseball Washington continues our offseason series of Uncommitted Spotlights, highlighting standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball showcase event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.
Today, we spotlight 2027 1B/RHP Breckin Davisson. The right-handed two-way athlete impressed at our recent Seattle Fall ID last month. A Snohomish High School product, Davisson showed some real upside in his 6'2, 193 pound frame on both sides of the baseball.
Davisson showed a solid fundamental approach both in BP rounds and in defensive showings. The swing produces natural pop with his frame, and carries a heavy barrel that stays through the zone well. Davisson showed range and mobility at 1B as well. On the mound, Davisson showcased a clean, repeatable operation with plenty of more velocity to project, in addition to two above-average breaking balls. Complete profile information, videos, and scouting reports are found below.
