Washington Uncommitted Spotlight - '26 RHP/OF Kyle Rayment
November 17, 2024
Today Prep Baseball Washington continues our offseason series of Uncommitted Spotlights, highlighting standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball showcase event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.
This week, we spotlight 2026 RHP/OF Kyle Rayment. The lean, athletic righty flashed impressive tools on both sides of the baseball during a summer look at the Spokane Summer ID. Rayment has plenty of upside in his 6'3 frame and will certainly be an uncommitted junior to watch out for.
The Mount Spokane High School product led the event with an 89 MPH throw from the outfield to go alongside quality BP rounds. Rayment was near the top of the event with a 96 MPH max exit velocity and found the barrel consistently. He also featured a unique delivery from the mound, with a deceptive, jerky delivery and downhill look with plus spin rates. Playing with a noticable confidence, Rayment should be poised for big things in his final two seasons of high school baseball. Below is a complete breakdown of the junior, including scouting reports and video from the summer event.
