This week, Prep Baseball Washington unveiled our latest 2025 Player Rankings Update. The list marked the final update for the senior class of the year, and is a culmination of many looks at players throughout 2024.

The 2025 Rankings Update marked the first of a four week stretch in rankings updates for the high school classes. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more rankings content, including the first unveiling of the class of 2028 player rankings.

Despite minimal movement in the top ten, many players made significant jumps in the rankings after breakout performances in the late summer/early fall time frame. Below, we spotlight three players who had some of the bigger jumps up the latest rankings list.

TOP RISERS

Jackson Bell OF / RHP / Liberty, WA / 2025

Bell shot up the latest rankings update after an exciting PNW Senior Games showing in which he flashed multiple standout tools. Features a lean 6'3 frame with plenty of room to grow into more strength. Quickness that translates into the OF, ran a 6.73 60-yard dash time. Quiet, balanced setup from the RH side with firm front side through contact. Bat flashed potential in-game as well with multiple solid swings. Easy arm strength in the OF, carries momemtum through throws peaking at 86 MPH. Exciting upside mixed with present ability led to one of the larger bumps in the rankings for the class.

Andre Muneton 2B / SS / Auburn Riverside, WA / 2025

Muneton was another benefactor of a solid PNW Senior Games showing, highlighted by a towering in-game shot off the wall to the deepest part of the yard. Muneton's overall game was on display as a fluid defender with quick hands and easy arm strength. Ran a 7.27 second 60-yard dash with quickness that can translate at any spot in the infield. Simple, repeatable swing with a slightly open setup and an easy short-to-long approach. Impressive 88 MPH average exit velo, found the barrel with ease during BP rounds. Overall smoothness to game for the uncommitted senior earned a boost in the rankings.

Samuel Nicholson RHP / Hazen, WA / 2025

Nicholson recently flipped his commitment, now heading to play at the Univerity of Washington in fall 2025. The righthander flashed in a big way at Prep Baseball's Seattle Preseason ID, sitting 90-91 MPH with his heater while generating plus extension down the mound. Works from the stretch position with high intent throughout the delivery. Also showcased a CH/CB combination as secondary offerings that played to the bottom part of the zone. Nicholson continued his breakout in 2024 and landed a big time offer, earning his way further up the 2025 player rankings as well.
