Uncommitted Spotlight - Washington 2027 Graduates

This summer, Prep Baseball Washington has hosted a number of workouts, in the form of ID Events, Scout Days, and our first ever PNW State Games. These workouts featured hundreds of top high school baseball talent from across the state. Today, we highlight three standout 2027 graduates that attended one of these events and are currently uncommitted.
Scouting Report
Strong 6'2 frame. RH stance starts with weight loaded slightly over rear leg. Hands quiet with barrel resting horizontal over rear shoulder. Shorter stride load as hands fire and rotate through the zone quickly. Consistent hard contact generated. Smooth, repeatable finish. Strong pitch framer from catcher spot, working from 1KD position. Works upward through frames with flexion in wrist. Quick fire release on throwdowns, uses turf. Sound defender on the infield with enough arm to stick on left side of the diamond.
Scouting Report
Two-way talent that impressed during State Games showing. Lean RH frame on the mound. Sinks into lower half in slightly closed stretch position. Rides back half through leg lift with high 3/4 slot release. Repeatable finish with tucked gloveside follow. Flashed 4-pitch mix with FB sitting 82-83 MPH and plus spin rates on two breaking pitches. Easy projectability with added strength in frame. Also showcased shorter LH swing. Found the barrel consistently with slightly uphill swing path and smooth finish.
Scouting Report
Medium framed athlete. Starts in balanced RH stance. High back elbow with quiet pre-pitch. Toe-tap load into flatter barrel path. Stays connected with tight levers throughout swing and repeatable two-hand finish. Catcher works from 1KD setup on frames with minimal wasted movement, sticking pitches. Sound footwork on throwdowns, with a 3/4 slot release generating throws consistently on the bag. Bounce in step through fielding process in infield, with quick fire release across the diamond. Plus athlete ran a 6.85 60-yard dash time.
