Today we are releasing our weekly update to the Virginia/DC Power 25. Take a look at some new faces and some movement throughout the rankings.

• A little shakeup in the top five, with Benedictine making a move to the #2 spot and St. John's sliding back to #3 after a loss to Our Lady of Good Counsel. 

• Liberty Christian just keeps winning. The Bulldogs move up to #9 after they beat #19 EC Glass 1-0 and remain defeated. LCA has a tough week this week with games versus Jefferson Forest and at Amherst on Friday.

• Lightridge had a 3-0 week, with two of those wins coming over previously ranked Briar Woods. 

• Four teams move in to the rankings this week, with all four of them being new faces to the rankings. Colonial Forge went 4-0 on the week. The Eagles defeated previously ranked Mountain View and a win over Patriot, who at the time only had three losses.
