It is with great excitement that we release to you today, our most recent update to the Virginia/DC Class of 2025 rankings with our Top 75. Tomorrow we will unveil our expanded 2025 rankings, displaying the Top 150 players in the Commonwealth.
Following the release of our expanded 2025 rankings, we will highlight new faces and big risers on Thursday and Friday.
Caleb Ramsey OF / Mountain View, VA / 2025A new face to the rankings is Mountain View outfielder Caleb Ramsey. Ramsey sits right outside of the Top 25. He is a physical athlete with above average arm strength and a well above average run tool. This is a name that will be a must follow this spring.

Kaleb Williams SS / West Springfield , VA / 2025Climbing into the Top 75 from the #99 spot is West Springfield infielder, Kaleb Williams. Williams capped off his strong 2022 with an outstanding performance at the Mid-Atlantic State Games. He had some strong offensive showings this spring in front of our staff and continued that trend in November. Loud contact with feel for the barrel and the ability to produce extra bases at a consistent rate. The hands work and he has that internal clock with some feel for the position that you look for in infielders.

Kyle Flora OF / Landstown, VA / 2025A bat/athlete to watch in 2023 will be Landstown outfielder Kyle Flora. Flora is a more compact athlete and average runner, but it seems like every time we see him he is producing offense. 7.05 runner that plays a touch quicker in the outfield and on the bases. Simple approach and swing that has balance and feel for timing.
