Last week, the Virginia/DC Class of 2021 Rankings were updated and expanded. We reshuffled the rankings and expanded them from the Top 250 players to the Top 300 in Virginia/DC.

Today we continue our in-depth look at the new rankings by spotlighting the 10 biggest risers who landed in the Top 150 of our updated and expanded rankings, but outside the Top 50, which we highlighted last week. We are listing them in order of how many spots they moved up, not their current ranking.
