We take a closer look into the Virginia/DC Class of 2018 rankings with a breakdown of the class. Our player rankings are based on all the players we have had the opportuity to see whether it has been at one of our own PBR Virginia Events, games that we cover during the high school season and travel season, and finally other events that we cover over the spring/summer/fall.

Scouting Report
2.11.17: Dooley is 5-8 with an athletic frame, hits from the right side from an athletic stance. Early stride on line and load back, hips get through and he has some balance to swing. Short to the ball, working slightly uphill with a line drive swing and a slight pull approach, exit velocity was 80. At short, quick feet, average hands, exchange is quick and clean, throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, position velocity was 72. Home to first time was 4.34.
