SCOUTING REPORT
8.10.16: Hicks has an athletic 6-2 frame and throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a smooth drop and drive delivery. Short arm action with normal effort. Shoulders down and closed as strides to a closed landing, slight crossfire with a slight fall off finish. Fastball sat 74-76, touching 77, with late sink and some run. Curveball had 1/7 break, running 60-63.
