SCOUTING REPORT
8.10.16: Draghia has a lanky 6-2 frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a drop and drive delivery. Loose arm action generates velocity with normal effort. Shoulders are slightly uphill and on line, lands open with fall off finish. Fastball had late sink, sitting 76-79. Curveball had good armspeed and 1/7 break, running 61.
