Every Friday National Scouting Supervisor Nathan Rode provides a roundup of insider recruiting information and commitments throughout the PBR coverage area: The Buzz. CLICK HERE to take a look at the latest National Buzz. With that in mind, lets take an in depth look at the Maryland prospects who have committed to colleges recently with detailed scouting information when applicable.
We have documented 10 commitments in the two weeks since our last installment of Recruiting Roundup. The big news comes from our capital region, where three players at Atlee HS are off the board. The Raiders had 2017 Clay Naff, 2018 Adam Jewell, and 2019 Zackary Beach make their decisions. Beach becomes the sixth documented Virginia/DC player in the 2019 class commit after his verbal to Coastal Carolina. Beach is an advanced hitter for his age and will be one to keep an eye on this upcoming spring...One of the top 2017 grads made his commitment in Kettle Run's Noah Goins. Goins is a huge (6-foot-6, 215) 1B/RHP with true two way talent and committed to Patrick Henry CC. He has been up to 88 mph on the mound and shows pop at the plate and should be one to keep an eye on after his two years in the Southwest Virginia Junior college...Now, take a look at our latest reported commitments along with a scouting report when applicable.
