SCOUTING REPORT

4.8.16: Bradley is a lanky righty that throws from three-quarters arm slot with a long, loose, quick arm action with normal effort. His shoulders are level and closed as he strides to a square landing with an athletic finish. His fastball had late run, sitting 81-83, touching 84 once (has been 85-88, touching 89 over the 2016 summer). His changeup had good armspeed with sinking action, running 73-75. He slowed his arm a bit on a late 10/4 slider that ran 69-71.

Q&A

What made George Mason the right fit for you?
+ I wanted to go to a program where I can be an impact immediately and be successful. GMU fits that criteria and is also located where my family and friends can watch the games.

What was the recruiting process like?
+ By the end of the summer I was talking with schools regularly. It was a very enjoyable process talking with different recruiting coordinators about their program and how I would fit in.

What other schools did you consider?
+ Saint Joes, UMBC, Radford

What were key factors you were looking for during the process?
+ I strongly considered the education level of the school. I also looked where would be the best place I can develop as a pitcher.

What are your goals now before you step on campus?
+ I'm looking to get in the weight room and get stronger. I also want to gain velocity at least two-to-three MPH.

What have you learned from your time with your high school / travel organization?
+ Stars Baseball has taught me how to develop as a pitcher and do individual work (recovery, pregame, etc.) Fairfax has taught me how to be very competitive and strive to win.

What advice do you have for players going through the recruiting process?
+ Never give up on the idea that you can play in college. Even if you don't have any phone calls it doesn't mean a team doesn't want you.
